NARS Tinted Moisturizer - Can I Use My Hands to Apply or Do I Use a Brush? Beauty Blender?

Hi! I recently purchased NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 for the spring/ summer. I am used to applying sunscreen and moisturizer on my face with my hands however since this is tinted, I don't know if it's best to continue to apply with my hands. 

If you recommend a brush, what brush should I use? There are no instructions that come in the packaging nor are there any recommendations about hand applications or brushes on the NARS or Sephora website. Would a beauty blender also work?

I was matched to this tinted moisturizer during a Sephora foundation class, and the makeup artist told me that during brand training, the NARS artist said it's meant to be applied with your fingers!  I do find that it goes on a bit patchy with a brush.

I've been using Nars Tinted Moisturizer for a couple of years, and I always use my hands. But I'm sure a Beauty Blender would work just fine, too.

I haven't used the Nars specifically, but I use my hands with any of my tinted moisturizers and even BB creams and it turns out fine. The coverage is sheer enough that streaks aren't really an issue, unless you're just completely missing large spots but piling it on in other areas. Try your hands, and if you feel it's not good, then maybe move on to another technique. ☺️

If you’re comfortable using your hands @SWSkinBeauty i would just continue, but there are no real rules

Thanks! I'm pretty comfortable using my hands and it is how I've applied concealers I've used in the past but I'm worried about it coming off as streaky.

I wouldn’t worry about streaking @SWSkinBeauty. Tinted moisturizers are sort of meant to blend easily into your skin
