Medium coverage foundation

Looking for some recommendations for medium coverage (possibly light but build able) foundations! I’ve always worn full coverage and am looking for something lighter for my skin. I would prefer a non matte finish, other than that I’m pretty open! I like liquid formulas!

RE: Medium coverage foundation

@Makeupmadds try Yves Saint Laurent-Touché Eclat All-In-One Glow $48 This is wonderful fir something lighter! I would apply your regular skin prep and a light foundation primer. This formula is SPF 23, oil free with natural medium coverage. I love using this product with my favorite full coverage concealer. That way you get full coverage where you need it, but lighter fresh finish everywhere else! ❤️

Re: Medium coverage foundation

I second @SportyGirly125's recommendation. The Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Perfect Glow Flawless Oil-Free Foundation 7.8 is just one of the best foundations of all time. Every makeup artist I know loves it and I know why. This product just gives you beautiful medium coverage and a luminous finish.

Re: Medium coverage foundation

Josie Maran Vibrancy Argan Oil Foundation Fluid Juicy RG50 is a nice med coverage foundation, @Makeupmadds!! Especially nice for dryer skin or when the weather is dry.

Great thank you!!

RE: Medium coverage foundation

I really love the ItCosmetics CC Cream!

Re: RE: Medium coverage foundation

I just started using Anastasia Beverley Hills Luminous Foundation. I really like it so far. It's medium coverage but the nice thing about this foundation is that you can use it for light coverage or build it up if you want more coverage. It has a natural, luminous look to it. I tried full coverage foundation before and I eventually gave it up because I didn't want to look like I had makeup on, I wanted a more natural look. I usually use a setting powder to help mattify a bit (I don't want things too shiney cause I have oily skin) but that's just my personal taste. This goes on really nicely, used it with a beauty blender/sponge. Also it doesn't accentuate my pores, whice I have a hard time with in regards to foundation so this is a good one to try.

Super helpful! I’ve been interested in this foundation! Thank you

@Makeupmadds

I really like DIOR - BACKSTAGE Face & Body Foundation it’s a light - medium coverage but buildable. It’s essentially your skin, just better.

RE: Re: Medium coverage foundation

I’ve used their forever foundation previously and wasn’t a fan of the heavy fragrance! Does this one have lots of fragrance as well? I want to love their products sooo bad I just hate fragrance

Re: Medium coverage foundation

Hi @Makeupmadds - My all time favorite foundation is DIOR - Dior Airflash Spray Foundation, it's medium coverage yet light enough to be buildable. A comparable product is SEPHORA COLLECTION - Perfection Mist Airbrush Foundation
