Makeup & skin care confusion!

Hello! ๐Ÿ˜Š so first off I have bought Dior, IT, NARS, etc foundations, powders, concealers etc and I feel like no matter what I buy, what shade I pick, Iโ€™m not getting the right color. I have a dry nose/side nose upper cheeks area, the rest of face is like oily like, later on my whole face will be oily lol.. and I either look like a ghostly powdered doughnut, or too dark/yellow/etc.. then without makeup Iโ€™m white yet red.. my skin has a lot of red tint to it my chest even is reddish a lot like my mothers. Iโ€™d also like to say I have PCOS and grow hair in places I shouldnโ€™t if you know then you know.. it sucks! Iโ€™m so tired of wasting money trying to figure out my perfect foundation, powder, skin care routine, etc.. can someone please for the love of makeup help me!? ๐Ÿ˜… thank you so much!
