Makeup & skin care confusion!

Hello! 😊 so first off I have bought Dior, IT, NARS, etc foundations, powders, concealers etc and I feel like no matter what I buy, what shade I pick, I’m not getting the right color. I have a dry nose/side nose upper cheeks area, the rest of face is like oily like, later on my whole face will be oily lol.. and I either look like a ghostly powdered doughnut, or too dark/yellow/etc.. then without makeup I’m white yet red.. my skin has a lot of red tint to it my chest even is reddish a lot like my mothers. I’d also like to say I have PCOS and grow hair in places I shouldn’t if you know then you know.. it sucks! I’m so tired of wasting money trying to figure out my perfect foundation, powder, skin care routine, etc.. can someone please for the love of makeup help me!? 😅 thank you so much!
