Is the Fenty beauty foundation water based, silicone based, oil based?

i want to get a primer and foundation but want to make sure one isnt oil based and the other isnt water based. How do you know if a product is silicone based, water based or oil based?

I looked it up and it says that the Fenty IS in fact silicon based. Apparently it's lightly silicone based so that may be why people get confused it stated. Some foundations just do NOT go with certain primers and some go flawlessly. Plus our skin has a lot to do with what works for each of us. Just experiment until you find yours!
