Yes - mostly. Over the past two months I have sent in issues to the site. I have fair neutral skin and about 50% of the time, I get a recommendation for a shade that is medium or deep. This happens when I log in with the brands/shades I currently use, and it happens I visit the site incognito - just entering up to three shades - I get the same medium and deep shades. 

I’ve been cross-referencing with temptalia.  Their shade are at least in my ball park. 

Was planning on stopping by a Sephora store tomorrow to see if i could get a shade match. Hoping to get two different associates at different times because I have had issues where their shade recommendations are way off from one another.
