cancel one product in my order

  1. I would like to cancel one thing on my order that I placed yesterday.  How can I do that?  It has not shipped yet.  Please advise asap.

Hi @private777 We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. However, once your package arrives, you are welcome to send any unwanted items back to us or you can return it to your local Sephora store. You can learn more about our return/exchange policy here:
