Why is my skin so textured?

My skin feels really dry even when I use a demologica moisturizer and a clinique mens face wash. The picture above is similar to what my skin looks like at the moment. I'm 19 living in NY so the weather is humid but any suggestions to fix this? my skins feel really textured as well

I would definitely suggest you try the YTTP cleanser! It helped me so much with my texture and made my face so smooth! I usually suffer with bumps all over my cheeks, but since using that cleanser, my skin has drastically changed! Good luck!
