What’s the best foundation for someone who has an oily skin and some dry spots? (like the nose, the forehead and under the eyes)

@ValCurry I'm currently loving the combination of Too Faced's Peach primer and peach foundation! I get dry spots every once in a while and this foundation doesn't accentuate the dry spots or cling to them either! It's a great foundation for oily and combination skin!
