Skincare routine

Hello! I am trying to get into skincare, I am 19 years old and right now I just use cerave washer and moisturizer and I do not wear makeup but I feel like it’s not enough. I am oily skin though I tend to get dry skin flakes and a lot of buildup around my nose and I do not have much acne though it does flare up from time to time, what are some products you’d recommend, the more budget friendly the better?
