Skin care

Hello I need some skin care help advise
Right now I’m currently using the fresh skin care box and it’s not really working for me at all it’s making my skin very dry and red/having acne problems.

I have oily skin on my forehead and chin area and sometimes acne /normal skin on the rest of my face. So I normally use the fresh cleanser & belief aqua bomb. So what i need know what else am I missing in my skin care routine that I could use for sensitive combination skin and can u give me any recommendations? Help

Re: Skin care

@Louisianagirl26 A great resource for finding good products is Beautypedia.  You can search their best of lists, and filter by skin type.

A great gentle but effective cleanser is First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser .  BHA is also helpful for exfoliating oily skin.  I only rec Paula's Choice.  It comes in 1, 2, 4 and 9%.  Sephora sells the Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant and Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting BHA 9 Treatment 0.3 oz/ 9 mL .  Niacinamide is also supposed to be good for controlling oil.  I use Makeup Revolution, but The INKEY List Niacinamide Oil Control Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL is also good.  A clay mask can be helpful at controlling oil.  I love innisfree Pore Clearing Clay Mask 3.38 oz/ 100 mL .  Oil blotting sheets are invaluable; I like the ones by Target.

You might benefit from a lightweight moisturizer on dry areas where you need it.  CeraVe PM is a good one.

If you are looking for a spot treatment for acne, Clean & Clear's Persa-Gel is good.

Let us know how it goes!  Good luck!  🙂
