Redness and little bumps

Hello! I have a combination sensitive skin. I want to get rid of my redness and little bumps. Which product do you recommend me on a budget but good products?

a toner with rose hips or witch hazel ingredients are good for redness

for little bumps, I am not sure if you and I have the similar situation. My little bumps are actually the acne underneath the skin and cannot be broken out... what I do is go to a spa to do facial/acne extraction once per month. It hurts but works like wonder.

Caudalie's toner is really good. I use their whole line, but that should help with the bumps and redness!
