Recommend skincare product for disclored dehydrated skin

Can someone recommend products for dehydrated discoloured skin ? E.g cleanser , toner , serum , moisturizer ?

@Saliebeau Any product with acids and/ or niacinimide should do wonders for the discoloration and hyaluronic acid would help for dehydration. The ordinary has some products for both- the AHA/BHA peel, Niacinimide, and HA are all products they sell for a more customizeable DIY approach. 

The vitamin C serum recommended below is a great option, but volition beauty and sephora brand offer some more affordable options. The sephora one is also oil based, which may work better to help with dryness

Have you been using the Tatcha Violet-C Brightening Serum 20% Vitamin C + 10% AHA 1 oz/ 30 mLvery long, @tim808?  I feel like some people REALLY love it and others seem a little indifferent (of course we all have such different skintypes, so I'm not surprised).
