Please recommend a face moisture cream  without mineral oil

My skin type is combination, lots acnes, but cheeks are dry.

I would either try Kinerase "Lotion" which is a hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, fragrance-free moisturizer that's designed for normal-to-oily skin, plus it's non-irritating for sensitive skin.  You can find it at:  http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P100110&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=5794

Another good moisturizer is Clinique "Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer Oil-Free" which is a lightweight, medicated moisturizer that helps prevent acne.  You can find it at:  http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P188306&categoryId=B70

There are quite a few oil free, and mineral oil free moisturizers. But the acne issue, is tricky. Too over hydrate your skin, is to cause the acne to get worse. To over treat the acne, is to see the dryness get worse.

I would recommend an acne control treatment moisturizer, and possibly a second one that is light weight and oil free, since you are not oily.

Try the acne treatment one at night, and the oil free, light moisturizer during the day, with or without makeup.
