Moisturizer and Primer

Looking for a good water based moisturizer and primer that is good for combo skin. I am currently using the Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream along with the FAB Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer and find that it starts to fall off when I rub my skin and makes my makeup which is water based fall off. Any suggestions will be helpful!
