Looking for a new primer and foundation

I have been having trouble finding a combination to work on my face. I get oily around my nose and chin also the makeup in my chin is gone by the end of the day, but get dry around my mouth and upper lip and get super bad creasing around my mouth. Help!!

Tatcha Silk Canvas + Luminous Silk or Nars Natural Radiant. My nose will get a teeeeeeny bit shiny but I just blot it and I'm fine 🙂
