Looking for a foundation with medium to heavy coverage for combination skin

Looking for a foundation recommendation for combination skin. Needs to be medium to heavy coverage and can wear for up to 8 hours at a time. 

Ive tried covergirls BB cream and MAC liquid foundation and they have made me break out around my mouth and chin. 

Im not acne prone. Just oily in spots around mouth/chin and bridge of my nose area. 

Im allergic to products such as Olay and Bath & Body works from the perfumes. 

So unscented or sensitive skin products preferably. 

Please help. I feel like im so far behind on new makeup technology.

@SkylarKay23 You should check out bareMinerals BarePRO liquid foundation. It's a great foundation, definitely in my top three. And from your description of what you want I'm thinking it could work well for you too.

I really like the Tarte foundations.  Particularly the Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Foundation.  Have also heard their Face Tape foundation is really good.
