Hydrating toner and a sunscreen

I am looking for a hydrating toner and a sunscreen that doesn't leave a white cast. 

I have combination skin and is more drying which is why my make-up becomes flaky most times.

Any suggestions for a toner and good sunscreen.

@NavinK  My favorite sunscreen is Paula's Choice RESIST Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50 2 oz/ 60 mL

I personally love the Coola sun silk drops! Layers beautifully under makeup with no pilling or white cast (I have light medium skin tone and dry skin) 

Just make sure you give it time to sink in before applying any base products!
