I had perfect clear happy skin up until like 2 weeks ago (no change in lifestyle, just a lot of oil on my face lately) WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE? Asking for a friend ❤️ I hate these small black heads that turn into pimples

For your pimples, products with salicylic acid or sulfur should help.  Sunday Riley has some good ones.

I use Sunday Riley U.F.O. Salicylic Acid BHA Acne Treatment Face Oil 1.18 oz/ 35 mL for my oily face and acne.  I exfoliate with CLINIQUE Blackhead Solutions 7 Day Deep Pore Cleanse & Face Scrub 4.2 oz/ 125 mL 

Oil free or non-comedogenic products are best for oily skin.
