Clinique 3 Step

Can anyone tell me if Clinique is the way to go when it comes to facial cleansers for acne/ acne scars?Smiley Happy I have combination skin by the way.

I use the clinique 3-step (oily combination) and have acne prone skin and acne scars...at first, it worked really well for me. i wasn't breaking out as much as i normally did and my skin felt noticeably smoother. now, about two months after i started using it, i realize it doesn't seem to work as well as it used to - i'm starting to break out and scar more now. i still really like the face wash (cleans really deep but can dry skin out) and toner (leaves skin sooo smooth but stings sometimes) but the moisturizing gel (feels unoily but doesn't moisturize enough in my opinion) is just okay

however, i also have friends who swear by clinique and say it's cured their skin problems... i think it really varies by the person and skin type.

hope this helps!

Personally, I think Clinique even better or even better clinical is really amazing product. I had breakout scar on my cheek and after i finish the whole bottle of even better, the scar is totally gone. bare in mind, it takes a little while, but definitely works!!!

I would highly recommend Clinique's "Acne Solutions" line of products.  They make some great skincare products (I love their foaming cleanser) and I will list a few below:

You can get the three above items in a set together to try out (and save money by getting them in a set) called "Acne Solutions Clear Skin System Kit" and you can find it at:  http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P188308&categoryId=B70

You may also want to consider using Kinerase "Scar Healing Therapy" if you have a lot of acne scarring.  It lightens up both old and new acne scars and you can find it at:

I hope this helps you. Smiley Happy

i personally love clinique. the three step is pretty amazing but i would highly suggest having a consultation with a clinique beauty consultant if you havent already. but i know that they have a great acne line and they did have a treatment specifically for acne scars. your best bet would be to go to a clinique counter, they are the experts afterall 🙂
