Break up with breaking out

hey all! does anyone have any recommendations for a cleanser or anything at all to save my from my break outs? my shoulders and chest have been a huge problem for the past 3 weeks and it doesn't seem to be getting better no matter what I've tried.

I break out on my upper body after I get a sunburn even if it's only a mild one. So make sure to wear spf, maybe you have the same issue? I get a lot less body acne when I use spf daily(I live somewhere where it gets really sunny though). 

Also try a salicylic acid body wash a few time a week in the shower. The one I've used is the neutragena one.
