Best serum?

I'm wanting to try a great serum. Any recommendations? I need hydration and to clear up acne spots.

@catibugg for budget friendly I recommend The Ordinary Aloe 2% + NAG 2% Solution 1 oz / 30 ml plus The Ordinary Azelaic Acid 10% Suspension Brightening Cream, for me I find this is the best combination I've found so far. It might not work for you, you can also try The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA Hyperpigmentation Serum or a Vitamin C/Vit C Alternative. I would look at Face Serums, filter your search for Dark Spots as there's a lot of products out there and read the reviews!

I know you asked about a serum, but If you can afford it, I cannot say enough good things about Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Refillable Exfoliator 2.6 oz/ 74g, more on the pricy side, but lasts a long time! Helps so much with resurfacing, and great for combo oily skin as it has Salicylic Acid in it.
