Anyone else having issues with Too Faced hangover primer?

I swear I got it because I read great reviews on it for oily / combo skin .. and I have to send it back because when I put it on.. it literally stayed WET the whole time and when I went to put foundation my skin turned into a wet oily orange MESS!! 😧 I will stick to my Clinique super primer because it seems to work way better with my skin type.

I actually only use the Hangover primer when my skin is very dry. I would never recommend it to people with oilier skin types. Even on dry skin you have to give it about 5 minutes to sink in/dry down before applying foundation, or else it sticks and pills off.

I like the Too Faced primer, but it helps if you use something to fan your face after spraying it on your face. At least that seems to work for me. It doesn't work too well for me as a setting spray though.
