Am I supposed to use a toner after using the drunk elephant cleanser?

It's up to you, @taylor3737. Toners cover a very broad category. Some are exfoliating, some are pH balancing, some are hydrating, some are clarifying. It's all just a matter of what your own skin needs.

@taylor3737  It’s totally based on personal preference. I didn’t really enjoy using toners because I didn’t feel like they were doing much for my skin until I started to use Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow PHA + BHA Pore-Tight Toner 5.07 oz/ 150 mL  ive really noticed it’s helped my pores appear to be smaller. and I really enjoy this toner.
