POOR SKIN

Hello everyone! Happy new year! As last year was just a mess for my skin, it is really starting to show. I look older, my hyperpigmentation is literally burnt to the 7th layer from Sun exposure, and I am breaking out either due to my biore cleanser or major stress! 

I am currently using the guava vitamin c serum by glow recipe and Biore Cleanser. 

I'm looking for a new Cleanser and moisturizer as well as something to revive my skin to make it glow and CLEAR MY ACNE!!!
