Empty perfume

Hi! I just received my order and I’m happy with most of it but I am disappointed to see that the “3ml” perfume sample in my clean beauty bag is completely empty. I was wondering if I could get a new one or a refund or even insider points. It smells great and I was really glad to see a clean beauty bag so I’m a little disappointed. Thank you
