Darkness around mouth and chin

Hiii! I was wondering what can I use for the skin discoloration on my chin and around my mouth and what causes it?

I would definitely recommend using a toner, my favorite toner is REN Clean Skincare Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic # I used to have a lot of discoloration on my lips around my face and ever since I started using this toner my face has brightened and the discoloration has gone away. It takes as little as 5 days for you to see the amazing results. Also using chemical exfoliators would really help.
