Almost 2 weeks package stuck

Hi 

I have a package ordered  on 27 November, it was shipped on time from Sephora but it seems to be stuck with the courier company, today is December 12 and the courier keep changing the delivery date. This is very frustrating and very upsetting, Unfortunately It makes me  never want  to shop at Sephora again
