Does which brush you use to apply blush matter?

I just read an artlcle saying that the blush brush matters a whole lot. I try to go not to high, but sometimes my hand is not very steady. Is there a blush blush that is preferable to help apply blush correctly? Thanks.

@HusbandsWifey I think so. Sometimes with cheaper blush brushes the application isn’t as smooth for me. It can also depend on the material for the brush being used.
