Is the Anastasia Beverly hills strong hold brow gel good?

I'm kind of new to doing my brows and wondering if this brow gel was good. Some of the reviews were saying that it was flaky so just wanted to see if anyone on here had tried it.

i have pretty bushy eyebrows that were always an insecurity of mine but ever since i started using this brow gel my eyebrows have started to look so much more tame and the gel lasts all day without flaking or losing hold.
