Brow challenges

I have very fair hair, lashes and brows. When I was much younger, my hair was naturally platinum blonde. At 70, it is still blonde with almost no gray, perhaps a little white blending in. When there is no pandemic,  I put fine highlights in every six months. My eyebrows are so light, you cannot see them. Any Pencil or gel for blondes is usually too orange or yellow. The best pencil so far is from Shu Umara, but very hard to get. Any suggestions?
