Anastasia brow freeze lid?!

Just received my Anastasia brow freeze and I cannot open the lid ?! There's no sticker and I even asked my husband, but to no avail! The lid seems stuck?! Anyone else had this issue? Any trick to get it open?? #Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze® Extreme Hold Laminated-Look Sculpting Wax Clear

Hmm this is odd to hear.  The lid for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze® Extreme Hold Laminated-Look Sculpting Eyebrow Wax Clear  is a twist off.  If you are still having no luck getting it open, you are able to bring it back into your local Sephora and exchange it for a different one up to 60 days after your initial purchase.
