Am I using this right? Benefit Brow Pencil

I just purchased the Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer Shade 3.5 after reading the positive reviews. This is the first brow product I have ever purchased, and I am worried I am doing something wrong. No matter what I do, I cannot get any product to come off. I have tried on m brow and on the back of my hand, but it is just crazy hard and if I try to push anymore it just breaks off. Am I supposed to be doing something to soften it?#

@politicalblonde That's very odd that you are experiencing this issue. Have you tried warming up the product to see if it will melt the product and make it creamier? I have been using this product for a while now and have never experienced this before but I would try warming it or taking a small chunk off and seeing if maybe just the tip of the product is dried out. Let me know if this works!

unfortunately didn't work, even after breaking quite a bit off. thinking the whole thing may be dried out.
