I don't understand why. I was able to purchase it, and even now I'm able to add it to my basket.  Did you log in first?  Sometimes it kicks me out without telling me, and I only know because it won't let me add products to my basket.  So I sign back in, and I'm good to go.

Are you in Canada? I'm tried on the US site and I was able to add to my basket. Not available to Canadians yet though.
