They look pretty similar side by side on her, but it's funny.  I already found SV pretty shimmery, and Daniel looks even more shimmery on her.

Maybe I reversed - cause so vain looks lighter too. So, maybe she meant so vain is lighter and more shimmery... I think I like Daniel even better

Mystery solved! This is NOT Drake (no way). This photo is actually from last year, so it's a returning boy - Wes! Confirmed by my SA and their product specialist.

I just picked him up and am going to try him. So this is really interesting. My SA mentioned she thought he may be the L&B version of discontinued Black Orchid. Black Orchid was supposedly discontinued because, while gorgeous, he was big time patchy due to the formula and replaced with Bruised Plum, which while similar isn't as dark. 

This is came up because I love Liam but Liam is difficult to work with. Apparently Liam and Black Orchid are the same formula. And the trick is to exfoliate your lips before applying. Which I tried with Liam (and was happy to do. Lippies feel super soothing that way) and it worked. That could be the fix for Wes as well (if he in fact has those issues)

Awww yay I'm so glad! Your screenshot yesterday ended up being a big help to me. The NM Managers wanted to see the code work on the new boys - apparently I'd haphazardly added old ones in my haste. So you sealed the promotion for me - thank you again for that 🙂

I heard Wes was patchy, but he's so pretty. I do like Liam also, but haven't tried him with a lip brush yet
