Thought I'd start a thread just for Viseart since so many of us LOVE them.

I love to encourage a small brand as opposed to a brand where you pay for the name. The eye shadow quality can't be beat!

Saw this on Facebook a while back and thought I'd add it here.

A 12 color Viseart Eyeshadow Palette is $80 USD (before pro discount). Each eyeshadow pan is 2 grams and valued at approx. $6 ($3.00 per gram).

MAC has reduced the price of their single eyeshadows refills from $10 USD to $6 USD each. So 12 colors at the new reduced price would be $72 USD (before pro discount). Add the $8 USD empty palette to store them and we're back to $80 USD.

EXCEPT: Each MAC eyeshadow pan is only 1.3 grams ($4.62 per gram). You're getting only 15.6 grams of product, as opposed to the 24 grams of eyeshadow in the Viseart palette. That's a loss of over 8 grams of product.

FINAL ANALYSIS:
It would cost $119 USD for MAC to duplicate the Viseart palette (24 grams of MAC eyeshadow at $4.62 per gram and $8 for the palette).

I didn't cave yet on this little guy, but I did on warm mattes. I assumed Sephora didn't have it and ordered from Muse Beauty. These showed up at Sephora rather quickly!

I'm trying my best to wait and see if Rouge's have the spring sale like we usually do before I order this (that or a great promo). It's so pretty though, but I need another palette like I need a hole in the head :D.

The rationale part of me is trying to tell myself that I already have all of these colors in between the ABH MR and Lorac Mega Pro 3 palettes, but that argument is being lost to the fact that this is a) travel friendly b) I wouldn't have to work in between 2 palettes and c) did I mention how pretty it is???

I thought this was LE based on Viseart's IG & Temptalia, but there's no mention on the Sephora page itself.

I ordered this palette just because it's perfect for travel! I never want to bring my ABH MR palette with me because it's large and gets dirty so easily.

Does anyone have any looks using the Bijou Royal palette? I need inspiration.

How does anyone think the deep reds and the orange compare to the ones in the dark mattes palette, and the peach and light colours compare to the neutral matte palette? 

I really want this palette, but I want to make sure that I don't have most of the colours between dark and neutral mattes. Has Viseart confirmed all the colours are new to this palette?

 The orange in the dark mats is almost identical and the red's are similar. The light colors  in the neutral pallet or more peach toned and in the warm palette they are more yellow toned.

@sinfully Thank you so much! This is probably subjective, but would you say it's overkill to have all three? I'm trying to decide if there's too much overlap to make it worth it. The yellow shade is the only one that seems strikingly different, but it's the one shade I have the least interest in. That being said, I still do really want it haha.

Yeah i would  say it's overkill. but they are mats and if they are colors that you like and use alot then its probably worth it.

My warm mattes palette arrived and I'm in love.  The colors are exactly what I had hoped for.  I typically wear neutrals but like to add a little hint of color from time to time.  Really looking forward to what I can create with this.
