@WinglessOne , yes, that might be it.  I shook it and there's a clear layer above the pink pigment that isn't really mixing in when I shake or tap it.

@WinglessOne   I didn't even think about separation.  Some of my other, older ones might separate a little, but not from clear to colored.  I assumed it was air.  Oh well, it's packed up and ready to go back.  I still have a mini of it at home. 🙂  I hope yours are okay.

Urg @Ispend2much6 and @Luvstravel , I ordered DR and it's got like a divet in it.  It's not as full as the other two shades.  It doesn't seem as severe, but it is noticeable when I compare them.   😡

@danielledanielle  @minivan100  @Ispend2much6  I've ordered a few of the glosses from PMG including the minis and this shade was the only one that has separated like this. Just glad I hadn't picked it to gift 😳

@danielledanielle   I'm sorry to hear that; that is an expensive product to have problems.

@Ispend2much6 , thank you.  Not the end of the world, but it's kind of maddening this is happening.  If it weren't for this thread, I probably wouldn't have noticed until later.

@danielledanielle   I don't like to complain, especially during a great sale, but since it's holiday time and people are buying gifts and might not think to check them, how embarrassing would it be to give someone a faulty product!

@Luvstravel @Ispend2much6  Mine arrived like this as well.  I also got one in Blood 2 and it's the same but it's only about 1/4" of the clear on the top.  Is the top the clear base?  Is the pigment supposed to separate like that?   I've never seen that happen with any other brand gloss I've had.

@Ispend2much6That is awful,I'm really sorry,it's a good thing you checked it if that was supposed to be a gift,I probably wouldn't have opened it.My lippies from the sale just shipped today and now I'm starting to get worried with so many others having problems with orders.

Oh goodness @Ispend2much6 that’s terrible, I’m so sorry for you. Hope they send you new or something. I would honestly say sadly I have had issues maybe half the time with my direct orders either broken or bad or something. Their CS has resolved them thankfully but that is not good. Keep us posted! 💞

@Ispend2much6 what in the world?!?!??? I'm so sorry - that's totally unacceptable. I hope you can at least get a refund. This trend of shoddy products is worrisome. First the C/S issues, then the lippies with the white cast, and now this.
