I noticed that the Blitz Gold lip gloss sells out FAST! Sometimes in under 4 hours after a restock. Any info on that or how much Sephora restocks at a time?

@Mochapj I love all your lipstick shades, 1993 is one of my go-tos! How do you feel about the Blitztrance? Is it gritty? If you have Elson or Major Red, can you compare them for me? I wasn't sure if I it was too similar to those.

@makeitup305 here are Elson and Forbidden Love. elson is in the red tube and the swatch closest to my wrist. They’re very similar; Elson is more of a neutral red and FL is a warm toned one.

@Mochapj thank you! I appreciate the swatches, I love both of them. I ordered two of the Blitz duos so lets hope I can deal with the grit!

@makeitup305 the Blitztrance is unfortunately gritty. Supposedly this shade is the least gritty (based on all the reviews I’ve seen) because it’s the least glittery one but I can still feel the sandy texture of the glitter on my lips when I wear it. 

I do have Elson and can compare them for you.

@Mochapj all the lipsticks are looking gorgeous on you !! Do you prep your lips with concealer or have light lips? All colors are looking true on you to the tube color. Unfortunately not the case with me. I have quite dark lips and color changes drastically. I was able to get the PM mini sets but haven't opened it in fear that they might not look good on me so I should just gift those.

Actually, quite the contrary. I have fairly pigmented deep mauve lips; sort of the shade most people look when they're very cold, except mine look that way all the time LOL

I don't use concealer or do much prep. I usually just start with a little lip balm. In the case of these ones, I applied them in order of lightest to darkest so that I wouldn't get too much staining or transfer from one shade to the next.

@Mochapj good to know. Looks like we have similar color lips. When I just apply lip balm, people think I have some kind of color on LOL 

I end up with just balm since my lips are so dry and chapped all the time that I have to apply a balm every couple of hours and lipstick doesn't fit well in that equation.

You pics here are tempting me to open my PM mini set 🙂

@naturalooks15 Same! Whenever I'm wearing just balm, people often ask me what lipstick I have on because they want it 😄

I really like her MatteTrance formula but I haven't bought a lot of them because of how many lighter/cool toned shades there are. I do find them quite pigment rich lipsticks though, so they typically manage to cancel out a lot of my natural lip colour. 

Did you get the nudes mini set or the brights?

@Mochapj I was able to get both between the two weekends. I bought nudes for myself and brights - probably gift, not sure yet (since I don't really wear bright colors but know someone who wears bright red every single day all year long and totally rocks it).
