Oh no @4nita I'm so sorry that happened to you.  Hopefully it will come back in stock sometimes so you can get a perfect one.

@4nita, I hate that for you. I think the green was just such a soft eyeshadow and is just fragile. I've been waiting for it to come back in stock, since some of the other palettes did, but no luck on this one.

@Luvstravel that is so hearbreaking! It sucks more that it’s LE *and* it was one of the more special/unique shades! I hope it comes back in stock for you 😢

@Luvstravel I feel bad that this keeps happening to you. First with the KVD Synergy eyeshadow and now this. I hope you can get a replacement sent out to you.

@SportyGirly125 , I didn't even bothering calling customer service since its OOS. I'll just drop it at the post office Tuesday for a return and keep my fingers crossed that it will pop back in stock so I can reorder it 🙂

@Luvstravel I’m wondering if you call customer service if they could send it to you from a store or let you know what store closest to you has it in stock still. Wishful thinking.

@SportyGirly125 , I would have liked to have that palette,  but since I now have 4 of the smaller palettes of hers, I'm ok with just returning it as damaged. I'm really glad the pink/purple arrived not damaged, I can't wait to try it out ❣

@SportyGirly125 , Thanks. Yes I noticed it hasn't shown up since selling out. Oh well I guess I'll be purchasing Natasha's new palette next. After it releases I might treat myself to a daytrip to Dallas to spend a couple hours in the large Sephora store and check out new items!

ugh I'm hoping I actually receive mine that I ordered. it still hasn't shipped and Sephora already canceled two other sale items from a previous order earlier this week. fingers crossed

@housenick I am wondering the same too. I have asked a few people on here who have received their orders when they placed their orders. So far, no response. I ordered Platinum Bronze and Dark Star. Dark Star sold out quickly and is no longer shown on Sephora’s website. Most likely Sephora will no longer carry the limited edition holiday palettes. Platinum Bronze showed up as available for most of 5/23 and is now listed OOS so maybe they’ll get it back. If my order is canceled and I find out they shipped palettes to people who placed their orders after mine, I am going to be pretty ticked off. If I find out more, I will let you know.

@tuefel yes I also ordered early on the 23rd when they released. I am worried since so many people are receiving theirs and mine is still in process. I feel that they should at least just say the order is delayed until back in stock instead of canceling them. I wonder how they actually handle their shipping, if it actually is a first come first serve, so to speak.

However, in my experience, when Sephora delays shipping your order for too long, especially if there isn’t a sale going on, it is because they are sold out of an item in your order. If I don’t get a shipping notification by Wednesday, I think that it is safe to assume that one or more items in my order are sold out. Unfortunately in my experience, Sephora is loathe to actually inform you when this occurs and it can take 1-2 weeks for them to inform you that this has occurred.

I am hoping that my order isn’t cancelled either. I ordered 2 of the Pat McGrath palettes, Platinum Bronze and Dark Star, at 7:00 am ET on Thurs. 5/23 and my order hasn’t shipped either. I thought that was the first day of the sale. Was I wrong? It seems like a number of people have already received their orders. Did everyone who has had these palettes shipped already place their orders before that time?

@Luvstravel I’m so sorry. I ordered Bronze Temptation, Dark Matter and mini Lila. I practically ran inside the house and open the box to check after seeing your pictures. It’s so suck. Hopefully it will come back in stock sometime during the sale for you to reorder. I’m stalking Subversive Metamorphosis to see if it comes back. If I see Bronze Temptation I will tag you 😔
