I received the Decadence kit today (no shipping notification, just an email from UPS that package would arrive today).

The lip balm included was not the one that was supposed to come in the kit.  I received a 2nd Gold Astral (I got this with the other Star Wars order) instead of the Flesh 3 Lip Balm noted in the description.

Now I have to see if they will send me the correct Lip balm.

Sorry to hear that they gave you the wrong lip balm! I'm glad that you got your palette though, I'm still waiting on my shipping confirmation for my kit. I'm really more concerned about getting the palette, it's the last palette I need to complete my collection. I'm starting to regret getting the kit instead of just the palette 😞

My shipping confirmation showed that my entire order was shipped. Not sure is there is an issue with the kits. I did email them but I don’t expect to get a quick response. If they are not going to send it, I just want the kit refunded. Had no issues with the earlier Star Wars launch. I ordered the kit with both of the smaller palettes and other than them taking a while to shop, I had no problems.

I inquired to PMG customer service on IG about my unfulfilled Cyber Monday lipstick order. They immediately issued a refund for the remaining lipsticks, saying all lipsticks had sold out. I gave some feedback and they said they would pass it along to the appropriate teams.

I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get a refund for my lipsticks. No one in CS on any social media platform or their website responded. Ridiculous

I was literally waiting for a mini set w/ Christy in it since it came out but I already bought the FS in November.

I love the fun packaging for the new mini lipsticks. I own a lot of the lipstick shades, but the mini sizes are the best for travel, on the go or even gifting. <333

Yes they are, I always prefer minis because I can never finish a FS lipstick! With a choice between 3 minis of different colors vs 1 FS color, I would always choose the minis.

Really want to get both of these trios. Have wanted both Flesh 3 and Guinevere in the smaller sizes because I love the colors but don’t wear matte lipstick much so the full size would be wasted on me. But am I the only one who thinks that the colors of the tubes don’t really go with the colors of the lipsticks?

From what PML's team have been saying Golden Opulence will be released at Sephora. Temptalia also has it listed as coming out at patmcgrath.com, Selfridges and Sephora.

Golden Opulence is available but hidden on Selfridges. In YT, kinkysweat made a post about it being loaded on PMG's website. In the comments section, a commenter named Aliena posted a link to the product on Selfridges website. It will likely show sold out but if you go to another page, and see at the bottom a list of products that you viewed, clicked on the palette and it was then that I could add it to my cart. Some are finding it on the Selfridges app, but I didn't see it there.

I already got a shipment notification email for my Decadence palette- that was fast. What a surprise from PMG!
