I never post here but I am so disappointed right now. I logged on with early access and bought the duo 7 minutes after the palettes were online.  Just now I receive an email claiming that the palettes are out of stock... I don't think it's fair and won't consider using her site again. This is not the first time it has happened. Every single release is a mess and they never handle it well.

Are you in the US? I'm asking as there seems to be a bit of a trend developing, quite a few frustrated customers complaining (on reddit pages) that their orders placed in the first couple mins of vip access launch were cancelled and they are all non-US. That is also my experience and I'm in Canada. Sad if that is actually the case though, glitch? prioritizing US sales? I don't know
