They asked me for my no. too@LovelyDaisy  they didn't really give me an explanation either just the -your order is currently being processed  so I then pretty much said, I've been waiting a week with no explanation can you give me a time frame & then they said my item should be shipped by next week. It was generic answers but it made me feel a little better. I've only had the boxes damaged upon arrival when I ordered thru Sephora but anything can happen, unfortunately😬🤷

FINALLY! Got my shipping notification from PM

@sonnydee My palette has been sitting at warehouse. It was shipped out earlier today 😡 Oh well, at least I have one if it shows up not broken 🤨

Ok, I'm going to bed now because I have to work in the morning, but probably not to sleep @sonnydee I checked back on my Sephora Divine Rose II palette and it's showing pre shipnent awaiting item. Tomorrow is June 9th, I ordered it June 4th. Is it still sitting at the warehouse? 😡 I PM one of the MODs earlier, hopefully she's still at work, if not hooefully she will see it in the morning. Ok, tomorrow might bring a brighter day, just had to vent.

It could be at the warehouse @Luvstravel or the tracking hasn't updated. I've seen it both ways- the tracking caught up with itself & reported, arrived on the day it was supposed to or it didn't & my scheduled arrival date got pushed back. Im just glad it moved errr boxed up

Glad you at least got Sephora's shipping confirmation @sonnydee but that's sorta strange you haven't received any word from PM site 🤔

That was a smart idea to order the black one from Sephora as a just in case, because I would have hated if you did receive a cancellation from PM and then it be sold out at Sephora @sonnydee

i chatted with them on Friday @Luvstravel they said it should ship by this week. 🤷 this is the longest I ever waited for them to ship (including black Fri nightmare) i didnt pay for expedited shipping but for now on..i think I might. 😠 after i chatted, thats when i made the decision to buy the black from Sephora-just in case I get a cancellation email.

They said the pink lip trio was backordered and they would ship the palette right away but still nothing!

@ChristalMMy palette shipped from Pat McGrath!!They sent me 4 emails this morning telling me it had shipped,hopefully only one palette is on the way

apparently if you ordered the pink lip trio, you will have to wait til next week 😞 But the palette will ship separately.

I also i am waiting for shipping info on mine i don't understand the delay the lipstick trios are still available on the website. Im also mad that the took till june 5 to tell me that the order is delayed because the trio is not available like ship the palettes first then. also i just want my palettes in tact 😞

@Seymore3   Oh thanks so much for the update! Nothing for me yet. I must admit I am getting annoyed 😞
