@Sunnysmom oh no not you too with a broken pan! Divine Rose looks stunning on your skin!
Hee hee I know right @niki172 ?! It got all over me too and then when I attempted swatching it. Still finding it on stuff! I think Divine Rose is truly a stunning shade.
Also when I got Lovestruck today it was wrapped sooo well. Inside with bubble wrap then folded over in bubble wrap envelope then in a box. Now that’s how you do it! The other order tho, nope!
It’s super pretty @Ispend2much6 , you would like it I know! Lovestruck is also such a pretty shade. It’s not at all as bright as it appears. Here it is.
@aviscardi So far, the only pearl satin finish PMG blush I have is Desert Orchid. On my skin tone, the pearl shimmer is noticeable but it's not super glittery or sparkly. It looks like a subtle pearly gold sheen on my face (unless I look in a 10x mirror to magnify the shimmery bits, but who looks at anyone with 10x vision 😂). Hourglass Strobe blushes are far more shimmery than this. In fact, NARS shimmer blushes are more shimmery—but again, I only have Desert Orchid to compare to them. I have another pearl satin finish coming soon, so I'll be able to compare that one too.
Yes that’s the one i am most interested in, possibly nude Venus. Funny because as i wrote my comment above I’m realizing duh yes i have 2 NARS blushes and those are more (dare i say) glittery in the pan LOL. Illicit is one of my faves and i don’t find it looks that way on the face. it reminds me of a matte shadow where the shimmer flecks fall off when you apply versus something that has a sheen
@aviscardi To me, the PM shimmer blushes are very, very subtle. CT's are much more noticeable (which I love, because I don't need a highlighter with them.)
Here's some swatches from The Beauty Look Book. Nymphette and Nude Venus are the pearl shades; Cherish is a demi-matte.
There is very little difference between the two formulas, at least in these shades.
@aviscardi I have both formulas on hand but have not tried them yet.
Has anyone had any dealings with PMG customer service? I received my divine trio today and my poor palette 😭....
I did email CS and sent this pic. The blush and the highlighter came in just fine, but I had that sinking feeling when I opened up the carton and saw the tell tale signs of loose powder on the outside of the compact 💔
Oh nooooo @niki172 this is so sad to see! I noticed that PMG switched carriers recently so maybe it could be that? The email to notify me that my shipment arrived looked super sketchy and I almost thought it was spam so yeah I didn’t think very highly of the carrier company. I’m glad CS was able to send you a replacement tho!
@Guessgal their CS rep asked for the batch# on the back of the palette's cardboard box to report to upper management so I think they're tracking which warehouses are doing what. At least that's what I hope they're doing - I don't want anyone to loose their job or anything just be more careful is all.

@niki172 Oh my poor heart sunk for you when I saw that! I hope you get it sorted that is so sad.
Thank you @ChristalM . I just got an email with a new order number that has them shipping me out a new one. A little strange as no one from CS reached out just here's the info on the one coming your way as if I had purchased it. I hope they let me know what I can do with the smashed one.
@niki172 oh wow. That’s disappointing.
I contacted PMG before about a lipstick issue and they resent a replacement. Hopefully they will reply back to you soon.
It’s probably better if you can go into a Sephora store and pick up the quad to make sure it’s in tact.
Thanks @SportyGirly125 . My local Sephora sometimes doesn't always get the "big name" launches especially if it's not say like one of the $125 palettes then they may get only 4 of them in stock. It appears that my local Sephora did get this quad though, but I really wanted the highlighter (when it was clear Sephora wasn't going to get it) and the blush shade Nymphette so ordering from PMG direct seemed like the right way to go when they had such a deal on the trio. I guess next time I'll think about picking it up in store. It's a shame as I've ordered palettes from her before with no issues and she can have some great deals on her website that are hard to beat.

😭Noooo, not the quad! That's some Sephora warehouse level damage right there. Good grief.
I've dealt with PMG customer service several times via email, mostly because they sent me a wrong product. Each time that's happened to me, customer service has been quick, friendly, and helpful. They've always shipped out the correct product (except one time when a product went OOS; that time, I got a refund) and let me keep the wrong product.
I hope they resolve your issue as well and fast as they've resolved mine!
