So my limited edition duo has shipped but ups tracking still say waiting for package and its been days since the las update. help is anyone having the se situation i dm cs on instagram and the have not replied

@LovelyDaisy When did you dm them? Whenever I’ve had an issue with PMG (3 times within the last 2 years), I’ve contacted them via their website—mostly because I’m rarely on Instagram. 😄 The last time was last month, and it took customer support a few days to respond. (The other 2 times, I think I got responses within 24 or 48 hours.) 

In the last 3 months, I’ve heard a lot of folks who’ve ordered from various retailers having trouble with packages stuck in “waiting for package” or “label created” status at UPS and FedEx. I have that exact problem right now with FedEx and YesStyle, and I’m about to contact YesStyle to let them know I still don’t have my package that should’ve arrived 8 days ago. (I’ve been back and forth with them.) I expect delays what with all that’s happening lately, so I try to be patient. 

Anyway: if you don’t know your package tracking number—because it hasn’t been created yet, because UPS is supposedly still waiting on the package themselves—then you can’t contact UPS directly, so... if it’s been 5 days since you contacted PMG, follow up with them, maybe via their website this time. I hope your goodies arrive soon!

I also worry because if I don't know when it's being delivered and I'm not home the package could be stolen

I do have the tracking number but it say label created ups waiting for package I understand that there are delays but it's been days since it has been updated how am I supposed to know if the package was delivered to ups or they are still waiting it's been 4 days already since the label was created and the order was made in release day may 29 it's already june 11

@LovelyDaisy  That’s why I suggested following up with PMG, if it’s been 4 or 5 days since you dm’d them. I mean you could follow up with them sooner if you want... that’s up to you. 🙂 You could also try contacting UPS for more info, but it’s best for the retailer to contact them in cases like this. 

My order for a pink VIII was also placed on May 29. My palette arrived just yesterday. Some folks’ palettes are taking even longer to ship out. I’m not saying you shouldn’t be frustrated, though... don’t get me wrong. I hope you’re able to get this resolved.

Im more frustrated with customer service because they are saying the order has. It shipped and they gave me a tracking number so which is it? The lack of answers and there ignoring the issue it's what frustrates me. Ups say they are waiting for the package so it hasn't really left the warehouse so why are they telling me it has?🙄

I did contact PMG they say the same thing like last time I contacted them there are delay and to wait. If have been patiently waiting all this time. I'm just worried that something happened and I won't get anything

EDIT: This is the best community, thanks everyone for watching out for me! Hopefully I'll get my palette ordered tomorrow on Pat McGrath website restock ❣ Ok Sephora Community, I need your help. Sephora lost my Divine Rose IIpalette, if someone sees it come back in stock I would appreciate if you would tag me. I also signed up at Pat McGrath direct for a re release. Lesson learned - do not use a Sephora Rouge $100 Reward on a limited edition item 😡 I will only use them on restocks from now on.

Oh no 😞 @Luvstravel I would call Sephora and tell them I don't care what they have to do but I want my pkg. They should file a claim to track a lost pkg and retrieve that pkg no matter what. CR needs to make notes that they want this pkg found and delivered to you asap.

This happened to me a few months ago at Neiman  Marcus. Something like: "I want my pgk, I dont want a refund. Please find my pkg! Are you sure it wasn't stolen? Seems to be better business sense to track that pkg down so Sephora doesn't have to issue a refund to me" (I mean I know you used your points but future sales from you are dependent on the outcome of this-so in Sehora's best interest)

It might not work but that is what I did when my pkg was lost at the fedex distribution center in my state. It took 2 weeks but I eventually got my pkg after calling for 3 days in a row asking where my pkg was. It was something that was sold out on extremely low sale price and I was not about to not get it, lol. 🙂

I really hope you do get your pkg but I will be on the lookout for it as well:)

UPDATE: it’s here! 

Everything in its right place.

I haven’t swatched it at all yet. Waiting til daylight tomorrow. 🙂 For some reason, I didn’t expect the pink case to be as mirror-shiny as the Decadence gold case—but that just adds to its beauty. 

If there are more Motherships coming this year and they interest me, I’ll have to buy another drawer. 😄

Well, my VIII is in town at least! 

A small bit of happiness to look forward to tomorrow.

I got my shipping notice on Thursday. If you’re still waiting for shipping notice from PMG, I assume they’re shipping in batches—though of course I have no idea how they’re determining which orders to batch in what order. My order contains a pink-cased VIII and a Lip Fetish Balm (couldn’t buy this shade during the Lip Fetish sale because it was OOS, and Sephora doesn’t carry it). 

When it gets here, VIII will live right next to VI in my acrylic drawer stack. I won’t have to label it like I did all the black-cased palettes because it’ll be the only pink one I own. 🙂 

All my Motherships are now in my stack of Container Store Luxe Acrylic drawers. They don’t fit inside the medium drawer, but they do fit inside the drawer’s casing. (I’ve repurposed the drawer in my linen closet.)

I do still have all the Mothership boxes and will keep VIII’s. But I got tired of opening and emptying a box each time I wanted to use a palette, so I pulled ‘em all out and labeled their spines + one side with a gold oil paint pen. The boxes are in a bathroom cabinet until I decide how/where I want to display any of them.
