I feel ya @sephoraaddict918, between the sequins and the packing confetti one of my cats always seems to find one that's gotten away from me and eat it... and then regurgitating it 😒 😴. Paired with the earth-unfriendliness I wish there was a no-packing option, or at least a paper packing option

@Brutalitops Those cats are always getting into something. I am always trying to keep my cat from eating random things she finds on the floor. LOL

I agree. I wish companies used more paper packing that I could put in my regular recycling. For now, I include everything I can't recycle at home with the bag I take to L'Occitane to be recycled by Terracycle.

@sephoraaddict918 I didn’t realize L’occtaine did terra cycle, the problem is I don’t really shop anywhere with one of these programs- still a good idea though 😊

@Brutalitops I only recently learned about their recycling program. I love that they take products from any brand. Also, you get 10% off anything you purchase in the store that day. I've been using it to try different L'Occitane products.

@sephoraaddict918 I also keep the sequins and put them in a ziplock bag. I know I can use them for decorating or crafting or in gifts.

@Seymore3 I used @WinglessOne's makeup jar suggestion, and I like the sparkle it added to my vanity.

@sephoraaddict918  I use some of them in my brush holders to keep them standing more upright, so I can better see and grab the one I want. 

Taking this photo reminded me to wash all the brushes missing from this holder.The brush holder on my bathroom wall.

But I do still have a few sequins awaiting a purpose: 

Blue was a particularly fine vintage of PMG sequins.

I’ve sewn some of them on a Halloween costume for a friend’s little kid. I plan to use some in a few art projects. And I occasionally find a random one adding a little flair to my bathroom or bedroom floor. 

I still say PMG should have a “resequinning” program: give us a small discount for each quart-size (or whatever size) bag of sequins we send back. 😄

I do that too @WinglessOne! but my brush holder is glass(a big Yankee candle)....i might have to start another one too. Getting too many sequins!💛💛💛💛

Thanks for the brush jar tip @WinglessOne!!! I dumped a bag in one of mine, and since it's clear, it really gives the jar some pizzazz!!! I like the idea of that recycling program!!!!

@sephoraaddict918  I’m glad I could help! A friend just told me he plans to use PMG sequins in his clear glass centerpieces for his wedding next year. 🙂 ✨

@sephoraaddict918 - I put them in the recycle bin.  Do any of your coworkers have a birthday coming up?  You can throw them on his/her desk before s/he gets in.  I worked in an office where we would throw confetti on each other's desks just because 😄

Thank you @Titian06!!! I didn't know if the sequins could be recycled, but since they can, I will definitely recycle any extra.

I work with a bunch of boring men, so I doubt they would enjoy some birthday confetti, but I absolutely LOVE that idea!!

@Mochapj  If anyone really wants this palette right now, you can add it to your Selfridges wish list, then add it to your cart from your wish list. I discovered that by randomly trying it, because that’s how I’ve bought a few other “out of stock” things at various online retailers. Not any PMG things, though, so I’m surprised this seemingly works. I haven’t checked out with Divine Rose yet, so I don’t know if you can actually buy the palette this way. For all I know, Selfridges doesn’t have them in stock yet. 

Meanwhile, I’ll reserve judgment on this palette until I see swatches, especially video swatches.

I wonder if it sold out. I tried to do the same thing and it wouldn’t let me. I’m so confused because there was no announcement at all. I def will pick this up. I was going to grab the new Jeffree/ Shane palette as my last one for the year but not over Mother’s release. 🤣

@WinglessOne yeah, I ordered mine this morning. Supposedly it was an app-exclusive that was supposed to launch tomorrow but true to form Selfridges launched it early 😄
