Since the brand is coming to Sephora. I thought I'd start a thread just for the brand for news and info.

Mothership VI Eyeshadow Palette - Midnight Sun
@Cyncynn Thanks for your thoughts on this, and all the comparison swatches! 😊
And, yes, I’m not a fan of Influenster posts, but I feel differently about it when that post comes from one of our “inner circle” members lol... I suspect some others feel likewise 👍
All I read was inner circle and that made me so happy ❤️
I would add a smug looking gif if I knew how lol
Thank you!
@Cyncynn how do you feel this foundation would do with dry skin? Seeing that people are posting that there is alcohol in the formula it gives me pause as I do have pretty dry skin.
P.S. - you look lovely in your photos BTW :).
I have combination to dry skin and I use tretinoin every other night and more often than not have a few dry flakes around (mostly under eyes and around nose and smile lines). I do not feel like it dried my skin at all, nor did it gather around said dry flakes. I dislike matte foundations and at no point I thought this looked matte (though I do not use matte/drying products to begin with).
On one of the e-mails I received from PMG explaining the foundation (I'll see if I can attach it here) it gave you tips on how to prep your skin. The tips that applied to my skin were basically what I already do to my skin on a regular basis, so I'd say that as along as you are treating your dry skin with a good routine and a non drying primer you should be fine!
My husband is a chemical engineer and works in the personal care industry, I also asked him to take a look at the ingredient list and he said he didn't think it was a drying formula. Alcohol (which can indeed be drying depending on the formula) is not the carrier and it is followed by glycerin which is a humectant.
I hope this is helpful!
Hubbycyncynn - you crack us up girl! 😄
@Cyncynn Can your husband start doing reviews for us? :D:D:D
LOL whenever I go to Sephora he browses by looking at ingredient lists and making remarks like "they use some expensive ingredients here" or "this is a really cheap formula and they charge too much". 😄
Thanks @Cyncynn that was very helpful and insightful!
@Cyncynn It looks really natural and skin like and you look gorgeous!
@Cyncynn Thanks for posting! It looks very natural and like something I look for on non-work days. I want to get it as soon as it becomes available but at the same time, I don’t need more foundations. Would you say this is a MUST have product or is it just ok? I know you haven’t tried it long enough but I just want your thoughts 😬 let me know! 😊
Thank you! It's a lovely product and (like with everything I receive for free) I am trying to find something bad about it, but in this case I can't. It's on my top fav's foundations after using it for 7 days.
If I were on your shoes (I also have more foundations than I'll ever need) I would probably wait for more reviews or for it to be available at my local Sephora so I could sample it first and find a perfect match (since it isn't cheap, though it comes in a 35 ml bottle).
@Cyncynn thank you for the input but you had me at “I can’t find anything bad about it” lol I color matched myself online and will just get it when it launches to test it out for myself 😉 do you see how impressionable I am? 😂
@gonerogue Out of curiosity, what color do you plan on buying based on your color matching? I think I would wear a shade pretty similar to yours, but I'm having trouble deciding.
