I have no words for this 😭😭😭😭😭😭. Maybe it will be better with the second one arriving Monday, but not holding my breath. I give up after Monday. The delivery box wasn't even damaged. UPDATE!!!!! THIRD PAT PALETTE ARRIVED IN PRISTINE CONDITION, THANKS EVERYONE.

@curlychiquita, this was my third red Pat palette! This first one, the green eyeshadow was busted, second palette, completely busted and third palette PRISTINE!!!!.

I'm at work today, Saturday, and I get a shipment notification from Sephora that my package (my other red Pat McGrath palette supposedly arriving Monday) had arrived. So if it arrived on a Saturday it was delivered by mail and not UPS 😯 So my husband informed me that after I get off work tonight we were going to eat with family that came into town. I don't think I can wait 7-8 hours to see if this palette is broken. I get on the phone with my husband and told him he was going tohave to open it. Slowly I walked him through unlooping the string on the front of the palette, carefully cutting the sealed tape on the side of of the palette and here it is. Thanks everyone for the well wishes for me to receive a red Pat McGrath palette in pristine condition. @ZakiyaBT, Thanks. I figured if I ordered one with expedited shipping and one regular shipping, they might get filled from different warehouses with people that have different packing TECHNIQUES. I hate I had to do that, but after ordering soooo many items, I've seen different levels of packing and that is a shame. Thanks again.
