That was how I ended up applying the glitter on my second go round - I used a small lip brush to pick it up and then 'glue' it to the gloss on my lips.  

Better control and less mess than my previous fingertip application.

Pray tell, what is that technique? This is so soft and pretty, it could be a spring lip! I wish Flesh 2 looked as pink as on you 😆😘

I loosened the sifters on my glitters and now it comes out better didn't want to take them off completely in case I spilled them.I wore blood one with the venom glitter all day today on a day trip and it stayed on really well,I had to touch it up after eating but it was fine with drinking.I am really impressed with the formula and really like my kits. A picture of it at the end of the day,I put it on at 10am and it is now 8:30pm.

It's a clever idea to mix and match lipstick and glitters from different kits. It looks really nice @Seymore3

Cross posting this from lipstick thread, tried this out a couple days ago..Flesh Kit with everything on. The gloss is not as thick on here so its not very reflective plus my phone camera just doesn't capture the beautiful reflects of the glitter. I added teeny bit of the gold pigment later on the cupid's bow and middle of the bottom lip. I did not think the flesh lipsticks looked too good on me on their own though 😕

I know I already commented but dang!! Seeing these picture, I want to cry for not buying this color!! Nothing on YouTube or google made me feel like that, that's why I didn't get it. Now... I'm so sad! 😫

As it wears off, do you think that you might be eating glitter?  It makes me wonder what this glitter is made of?

@tsavorite thanks! I actually did wonder the same as in how safe is it coz in my mind I had images of tiny glitters stuck to my insides lol.

So, when applying I was super careful not to go too inward and avoided pressing my lips together..I only wore it for maybe an hour and didn't eat or drink or even talk much lol..and when I did start talking, I found a couple stuck to my front teeth and felt a bit of crunch in my mouth which immediately sent me in gag reflex thinking I swallowed some, I flushed my mouth out. I then just removed it all off alltogether. I think it is fine for people going out where wouldn't eat and maybe drink from a straw. It was fun to wear but for me atleast I would have to be extra careful not to injest some which may be unavoidable.

Thanks V! I am going to check into your suggestions for similar glitters you gave fatimamummy as well.. I love the glitter in this kit but the lipsticks are not at all flattering on me and look nothing like how they do on others 😞

I'm so late to the party!! I was incredibly happy to be selected to revive the Vermillion Venom kit from Sephora and Pat McGrath. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've been following Pat's work for decades and I'm beyond thrilled to try this kit. 

The lipsticks are creamy and matte, but not drying. I like blotting them to take just a bit of pigment off and they both look lovely. I was worried Venom 2 would go too brown on me, but it doesn't. Just a touch of brown but still enough red for my skin tone. 

The glitter is surprisingly comfortable!  Once it's on, you can feel it if you press your lips together, but talking and drinking, no problem at all. There's a bit of glitter fallout but I think that's to be expected. It's easily wiped away with a small brush. Really happy with this kit and I can't wait to wear it during the holidays!

And finally, a quickie eye look I did by mixing the gold and red glitter.  My pics aren't doing this justice. The two glitters look great combined! So sparkly and slightly rose goldish with pops of red
