Thx you @veronika23. Am I reading it wrong or very little products in the mini? (1/10 of the highlighter compared to full size and 1/3 of the blush compared to only the blush size of the duo)?

@blackkitty2014   yeah there doesn't seem to be as much product in this vs the Duo Glow (10g) and the All Over Glow Face & Body Shimmer in Powder (10g). But still not bad at a total of 4g. The weight is different for each product so I am wondering if this has to do with the formula again because the pans appear to be the same size... kinda like the palettes lila/sunset vs tropic.

You know @veronika23, it’s actually a great way to try 2 products at once but I don’t want to hit pan liked after 2 uses 🤣 and love it so much that I end up buying full-size. Decision! Decision!

Thank you @veronika23 I picked one up :). FYI one of the holiday eyeshadow 5 pans is back in stock if anyone was looking (I think Aeris?).  I'm passing on it since so many people have had bad luck with broken shadows.

@bakeamuffin to be honest I haven't had a chance to try it out yet (I know that's so bad!). It's very pretty IRL, but the pans are a bit small for a brush. I'm thinking I'm going to have to use a Real Techniques highlighter brush in order to get into the pans without making it a hot mess. Thanks for the reminder that I need to try it out ASAP :).

@niki172, I received my Aeris yesterday and it was in perfect condition. Sephora had it in bubble wrap inside of my box. I had ordered Joya during the sale and loved it, so ordered Aeris when they restocked it and love it also💖

Has anyone had success with online purchases of the 5 pan palettes (or any type)? I purchased my first 2 ND palettes during the sale- mini sunset in store and the no.08 palette online. My no.08 palette came with 2 of the pans exploded. I’ve been waiting for the local Sephora to restock this palette so I can exchange in-store, but it’s been 2 weeks too long! Not sure if exchanging by mail will work- wondering if her shadows are too soft to handle shipping? Recommendations please!?

I ordered joya,areis,mini sunset & Lila all online-no stores near me carry the uber expensive. all mine came fine. I think it really the luck of the draw @MackyDeanna

Thanks @Luvstravel I am going to call customer service about exchanging via mail. I was expecting a greater response, but maybe the lack of response means most people don’t have an issue ordering her palettes online. Fingers crossed that’s the case, because I’m pretty sure this won’t be the last palette I order from her.

@MackyDeanna, the Joya palette I ordered online had the last color to the right shifted when it arrived. Luckily not bad enough that i couldn't fix it. I think some of those colors are very soft and shift during shipping. Sorry about yours.
