I ordered both and they both arrived yesterday with broken shadows. Now they are both out of stock... 😥

Same! I ordered both palettes and they both arrived with several colors in each crumbled to the point that a significant amount of the eyeshadow had been lost. Some looked like the shadow had gotten hot and then shrunk in the pan. With only 5 colors in the palette and 2 or 3 damaged in each I was pretty disappointed. Buuuut I took them to sephora yesterday and my store actually had a few of the palettes left in stock and exchanged them for palettes that had no damaged shadows. I was super surprised they had any left, let alone both palettes- and my local sephoras are in a big city (San Diego area). So if you have a store near you, you might give it a shot, there could still be a chance!

Really sorry to hear about your palettes @lschmaltz. Mine came fine, but I hope it doesn’t crumble when I use it... I’m going to be very careful & gentle with this palette now 😬ND Joya

@Ischmaltz I ordered the Joya palette and the last color to the right had just about fallen out. It had enough space that it was moving around. Luckily I was able to put a tissue over it and press it back down into the pan. I think the two end glitter shades were so soft that they shifted during delivery. I'm so sorry about yours.

That’s the one that had fully fallen out of my Joya palette and started to crumble. In Aeris it was the first and last shades that fell out.

Thanks.  They were actually packaged just fine, but a couple of the shadows appeared to have shrunk and they were just falling out and a couple were broken.  Maybe if they were a cream/powder hybrid they were dried out or something; I am not sure why they were like that.  Seems more like a quality issue than a packaging issue though.

@lschmaltz I saw a review by Tati when these were released, where an end shadow from each palette fell out. I also noticed a few blogs photos where a few colors looked broken or repressed in the pans. I think it's a problem with the formula in the holiday palettes that has been there from the beginning. I hope it's some consolation that it's probably not from it being dried out!

@lschmaltz, that's actually worse, I think, given that Natasha Denona is expensive to begin with.

I just ordered both versions. I am looking forward to trying them. My favorite eyeshadows are Viseart and the Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadows. Hope I do not fall in love with them because they are so expensive for the larger palettes.

@Loretta55   I'm also a huge fan of Viseart and ND shadows. I know they are on the pricey side but at least with these brands we get more products than other brands. Justifies the price more you know... Always better when you can get them on sale though 😉
